Raw Bodies pt. 2: self-reflection
This is a continuation of a solo piece choreographed in 2017, Raw Bodies, it explores movement from the inside of the body; almost as if we were inside out. Part 2 continues this exploration with the themes of self-reflection, distortion, duplication and out of body experience; similar to watching yourself in a mirror and the feeling of detachment that may come with that.
“Human self-reflection is the capacity of humans to exercise introspection and the willingness to learn more about their fundamental nature, purpose and essence.”
